Return & Refund Policy

At Libazo, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We understand that sometimes, things may not go as expected. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or seek a refund for your order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In its original packaging with all tags intact

    • Free from any stains, perfume, or signs of wear

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive clothing

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale/discounted items unless they arrive damaged or defective

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review the request and share return instructions if eligible.

  3. You may need to ship the product back to our warehouse (return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
